Banana Fritters

Ingredients

* Milk - 1/2 cup
* Bananas (mashed) - 2
* All-purpose flour - 2 cups
* Baking powder - 3 tsp
* Eggs (beaten) - 2
* Margarine (melted) - 1 tbsp
* Oil - 1 tbsp
* Sugar powder - 1/2 cup
* Salt to taste

Directions

* take a bowl and combine the milk and bananas in it.
* Sift in the flour, salt, and baking powder.
* Thoroughly mix in the eggs and margarine.
* Heat the oil in a pan and place spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil and fry until brown.
* Flip the fritter and continue to brown. Remove fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.
* Dust the fritters with sugar and serve this while warm.
